Before you export

Preparing a mix for mastering

0124-bit WAV or AIFF, 44.1 kHz or the session rate.
02Take the limiter and any loudness processing off the master bus.
03Leave peaks around −6 dBFS. Don’t normalise.
04Trim silence, but keep tails and fades the way you want them.
05If you like your current master, send it too as a reference.
